OUR STORY
A Little Sweetness In Every Story.
At Bittersweet, we believe every sweet creation has a story behind it. What began with a passion for baking grew into a place where fresh treats, quality ingredients, and heartfelt moments come together.

My Sweet Journey
My love for baking has always been about more than recipes. It’s about the memories, the flavors, and the feeling of home.
As a Venezuelan-American baker, I love bringing together the traditions and flavors that have shaped me, creating something delicious to share with others.
Bittersweet Bake Shoppe is a reflection of my heart: a place built on passion, hard work, creativity, and love for family.
Every cake, cookie, cachito, and creation we make carries a little piece of that love. I’m so happy you’re here, and I hope every visit to Bittersweet brings you something sweet to remember.
With love,
